In constant evolution, the Foundation transformed itself in 2017 to optimize its direct impact with the largest number of veterans possible.<\/p>\n<p>While preserving its roots at Ste. Anne\u2019s Hospital, our organization is spreading its wings and participating in promising programs that meet the needs of more veterans.
