REGISTRATION AND PLAYING PARTNERS (BY 31 July 22).

Register for the tournament by sending an e-mail to BOTH DAVE EDWARDS AND BEN SIMO.

Your e-mail must include 3 pieces of information :

  1. Your full name, and the full name for anyone for whom you are registering. You will be responsible for payment for all those whom you register;
  2. The participation option for each person for whom you are registering (i.e. Golf Only, Golf and Supper, Supper Only);
  3. If you have a preference, list the people with whom you would like to play golf (please co-ordinate with these individuals before registration).
    THIS LIST SHOULD BE SEPARATE from the list of those whom you are registering.

Foursomes submitted will be guaranteed to be together. A best effort will be made to keep threesomes and twosomes together in the same foursome. Individual players will be fitted into other groups as required. Grenadiers may invite family and friends to join in the tournament.

REGISTRATIONS MUST BE RECEIVED BY 31 July 22.

PRICING.

– Golf Only: $80/person
– Golf and Supper: $125/person
– Supper Only: $50/person

Payments can be made by e-transfer from your bank account to

If your banking application allows, please add a note to the payment indicating the individuals for whom the payment applies. Those who register people other than themselves are responsible for ensuring that payment is made – in a bulk payment for all individuals registered or by having each registered individual paying directly.

For those who are truly unable to send payment by e-transfer, please make specific arrangements for payment, in advance, by sending an e-mail to Ben Simo  before 31 July.

CANCELLATION POLICY.

As space is limited and your spot on the tournament will be reserved with your registration, individuals become responsible for payment at the time of the registration e-mail – whether they attend or not.

50/50 RAFFLE.

The traditional 50/50 raffle will be held during the tournament. Proceeds will help The Association.
Please bring cash with you for purchasing raffle tickets and for Kit Shop purchases.

OTHER ITEMS.

Rum Wagon: For golfers, the rum wagon will be making the rounds again this year, to facilitate good cheer with a complimentary rum ration!

Tee Times: Tee times will be communicated in early August 22

Hole Sponsorships: As is the case every year, the tournament has a goal of raising funds to be used for charitable purposes. In 2021 the tournament raised over $5,000 for use by The CGG Foundation to further The Regiment’s charitable works. The Association wants to surpass this amount in 2022. Hole sponsorships will be $120/hole. Additional details on hole sponsorships will follow
in the next Tournament communication.

Supper Menu: The menu shall include a non-vegetarian and vegetarian option.
Regimental Kit Shop Merchandise: Also, Regimental Merchandise will be available for purchase. Cash required.
